
TeenFit at Monument Fitness is more than just a youth fitness program, it's where teens ages 13-18* learn the foundations of training, nutrition, and lifelong health in a supportive, high-energy environment. Our award-winning coaches bring decades of experience working with young athletes and non-athletes alike, creating a program that builds both physical strength and personal confidence.

TeenFit is our specialized group training program for ages 13-18. Through HIIT-based workouts modified for growing young bodies, teens learn proper movement patterns, strength training fundamentals, and healthy fitness habits that will serve them for life. Whether your teen is a multi-sport athlete looking to improve performance or someone new to fitness wanting to build confidence, TeenFit meets them where they are.
Our program runs year-round in seasonal sessions—fall, winter, spring, and summer—with each session lasting 8-12 weeks. Classes meet Monday and Thursday nights from 7:30-8:30 PM, providing a consistent routine that fits around school schedules. Training in a group setting creates accountability, motivation, and friendships while our coaches ensure everyone trains safely and effectively.
