
TeenFIT is our specialized group training program for ages 13 to 18. Through HIIT-based workouts modified for growing bodies, teens learn proper movement patterns, strength training fundamentals, and healthy fitness habits that will serve them for life.
Whether your teen is a multi-sport athlete looking to improve performance or someone new to fitness wanting to build confidence, TeenFIT meets them where they are.
TeenFIT runs year-round in seasonal sessions: fall, winter, spring, and summer. Each session lasts 8 to 12 weeks.
Classes meet Monday and Thursday nights from 7:30 to 8:30 PM, providing a consistent routine that fits around school schedules. Training in a group setting creates accountability, motivation, and friendships while our coaches ensure everyone trains safely and effective

TeenFIT welcomes all teens ages 13 to 18, regardless of fitness level or athletic experience. NOTE: We do allow budding fitness enthusiasts under 13 on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if your pre-teen is interested.
Registration opens before each seasonal session begins. There are full session and half session packs available and can be bought at any time throughout the session so your teen can join when they can. Session and half session packs expire after that given session and do not roll over.
