Teen Strength Training in Charlestown

We help teens build confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love of fitness through proper strength training, conditioning, and movement patterns in a fun, age-appropriate environment.

Ages 12 to 14

TeenFIT

Our foundational program for getting young teens prepared to reach their goals.

No training experience required. Classes focus on building proper movement patterns, functional strength, coordination, and confidence in a coached, supportive environment.

TeenFIT is about building the base of fitness and athleticism. Sessions include speed work, strength work, and our proprietary fatigue training system, all designed to develop well-rounded, resilient young athletes.

Ages 15 to 18

TeenFIT Perform

The next level of TeenFIT for older and more experienced teen athletes.

TeenFIT Perform builds on the foundation established in TeenFIT, progressing athletes into more advanced strength training, power development, and sport-specific conditioning. Training experience is recommended but not required. Athletes work through structured weightlifting progressions, functional HIIT, and periodized programming designed to match the demands of their competitive seasons.

This is where teens learn to train like athletes. Sessions are higher intensity, loads are heavier, and the programming is built to develop explosive power, speed, and mental toughness. Whether your teen is preparing for a varsity roster, competing at the club level, or just ready for a bigger challenge, Perform gives them the tools and coaching to get there.
