Monument Fitness Club

Join us for an exhilarating class that will help you defend against the next Buakaw Banchamek! This cross-training experience and improved coordination are just a couple benefits of kickboxing. This class is free and open to members of all ages and levels, and taught by our experienced co-owner of Monument Fitness, Amber Hinkle. Kickboxing is held every Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm and is a great way to reduce stress!
