Monument Fitness Gym

Join us for a superb class that will turn you into the next winner of Tour De France! Well, maybe not but a welcoming atmosphere makes this cardio class a must-do. This class is free and open to gym members of all ages and is instructed by our skilled co-owner of Monument Fitness, Amber Hinkle. Cycling is held every morning at 6 am and every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening at 6 pm for a half hour and is a great way to motivate you for the day ahead!
