Monument Fitness Gym

Drop-in for topnotch interval and circuit training that will make you the next winner of the Cross-Fit Games! Expertise and available equipment makes this training class a must-do. This class is $5 per person per session and is open to members of all ages and levels. It is taught by our brilliant Amber Hinkle, co-owner of Monument Fitness. Group Training is held every weekday at 7am for 45 minutes to an hour and is a great way for you to push your limits!
